utterly mental

ah, questions. I adore them.   come, scoff at my narcissism (face)   my ( strictly unprofessional) art   writing   songs I love   my life (in photos)   my favourite things

Francesca, Libra. Melbourne, Australia. Spoilt oldest child. Fledgling model. Schoolgirl. My blog used to be undiscovered-lolita. Why? I'm not sexually precocious (that I know of), but I'm 17 years old and have large pink glasses, like Lo at the end of the book. I love getting anons and I love socialising.
My quirky and quip-filled nature sometimes gets me into trouble, but most of the time I hope it endears me to people (teacher's pet loud and proud).
It's not all sunshine, because I can be mean and snappy, but usually I really am f-ervescent.
I've never been kissed, though I have declined several invitations, as I am choosing to find a Special Someone. Call me old-fashioned, but I'd like the circumstances under which I share myself to be meaningful. Plus, I'm busy with school and dont really have time to try investing myself in a person again.

I need a pretty boy with strong fingers to rub Tiger Balm into the back of my neck, it aches

Evelyn McHale is probably the most famous Empire State Building suicide victim. The young and lovely Evelyn leaped from the 86th-floor observatory in 1947 and landed on the roof of a United Nations limousine parked on the street below.

Photographer Robert Wiles happened to be nearby and took a photograph of McHale just moments after her death. The result is a haunting image that famously appeared in Life and inspired a work by Andy Warhol.

The 23-year-old McHale somehow looked serene and lovely after plummeting 86 floors. She become known as “the most beautiful suicide.”

Many struggled to understand why someone like Evelyn would jump. She was a young beauty who was planning her wedding. The sad answer is that depression can torment anyone. Evelyn left her coat and a suicide note on the observatory. Her note said, “I don’t think I would make a good wife for anybody.”

You must learn her.

You must know the reason why she is silent. You must trace her weakest spots. You must write to her. You must remind her that you are there. You must know how long it takes for her to give up. You must be there to hold her when she is about to.

You must love her because many have tried and failed. And she wants to know that she is worthy to be loved, that she is worthy to be kept.

And, this is how you keep her.
